Himdag Ki: features three different types of exhibitions: Gallery Exhibitions, Traveling Exhibitions, and Outdoor Exhibitions. Themed galleries portray aspects of historic and contemporary Tohono O’odham life. Traveling exhibitions, either hosted by or developed by Himdag Ki:, may be placed on view in the museum or sent to other venues. Himdag Ki: is surrounded by the natural vegetation of the Sonoran Desert. Today, visitors may walk the nature trail, sit under a watto and view petroglyphs.
